These Terms govern your use of the Priota Mart website, app surfaces, and related services in Bangladesh. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. 2. Products & pricing All prices are in BDT (৳) and include applicable display taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with notice. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary by batch. 3. Orders An order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders for stock, fraud, address, or payment issues. Confirmation emails/SMS acknowledge receipt; fulfilment begins after validation. 4. Delivery Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided, except where damage is reported promptly as described in our Shipping policy. 5. Promotions Coupons, flash sales, gifts, and free shipping have their own rules and may be withdrawn. Abuse (multiple fake accounts, resale exploitation) may void benefits. 6. Intellectual property Priota Mart branding, content, and catalog materials are protected. You may not scrape or republish without permission. 7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priota Mart is not liable for indirect losses arising from delayed delivery, out-of-stock substitutions agreed with you, or third-party courier delays beyond our reasonable control. 8. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing law: laws of Bangladesh.
