Delivery coverage Priota Mart fulfils orders from Tejgaon, Dhaka for Dhaka Metro and selected nearby areas. At checkout, choose your city/area so we can calculate the correct shipping fee and available payment methods. Standard timeline • Order confirmation: immediate after successful checkout (COD) or payment confirmation (online) • Warehouse pick & pack: typically same day or next business day for in-stock items • Metro delivery: commonly within 24–48 hours after packing, subject to courier capacity and traffic • Out-of-stock lines: we contact you before partial ship or substitution Shipping fees Fees are zone-based and shown before you place the order. Free shipping may apply when your cart meets the active free-shipping minimum for that zone (displayed on checkout). Flash sales and coupons do not always waive shipping — check the order summary. Packaging Grocery staples are sealed and bagged to reduce breakage. Fragile or liquid items (oil, personal care) are padded when needed. Please inspect packages on delivery and note any damage with the rider. Missed delivery If you miss a delivery attempt, our courier or support team will try to reschedule.
