Priota Mart accepts payment in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. COD is available only in eligible delivery zones. Exact payable amount (items + shipping − discounts) is shown on your order confirmation and invoice. 2. Online payment (SSLCommerz) Pay securely at checkout using supported cards and mobile financial services enabled on our SSLCommerz gateway. Your order moves to paid status after the gateway confirms success. Failed or cancelled payments do not create a fulfilled order — you can retry from the payment result pages. Security We do not store full card numbers on Priota Mart servers. Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz under their security standards. Always complete payment on the official gateway screens opened from our checkout. Invoices & receipts Every paid or COD order generates an invoice with a scannable barcode. Use /invoice or the link in your confirmation message to view or download the PDF. POS counter sales print a separate receipt. Refunds for prepaid orders follow our Returns & Refund policy after approval. COD refunds are handled as store credit or cash-back arrangements as agreed with support.
