Shopping & account Q: Do I need an account to order? A: No. Guests can checkout with name, phone, and address. Creating an account lets you save addresses, track history, and manage a wishlist. Q: Which areas do you deliver to? A: We currently prioritise Dhaka Metro (including Tejgaon, Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Mirpur, Uttara, and nearby zones). Delivery charges and free-shipping thresholds appear at checkout by zone. Q: How fast will my order arrive? A: Most confirmed metro orders are prepared within 24 hours. Exact slots depend on stock, payment confirmation, and courier capacity. You receive SMS/email when status changes. Payment Q: What payment methods are accepted? A: Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible zones, and online payment via SSLCommerz (cards / mobile wallets as enabled). Q: Is COD available everywhere? A: COD is zone-based. If COD is unavailable for your area, checkout will offer online payment only. Offers & coupons Q: How do coupons work? A: Enter a valid code in cart or checkout. Discounts apply to eligible items; gift and free-shipping rules follow the active campaign (for example PRIOTA10 or spend thresholds). Q: Can I combine flash sale and coupons? A: Some promotions stack; others are exclusive. The cart total always shows the final payable amount before you place the order. Orders & tracking Q: How do I track an order? A: Use Track Order with your order number and checkout phone, or open the invoice lookup page and scan/enter the barcode from your invoice. Q: Can I cancel or change an order? A: Contact support as soon as possible before the order is packed. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible — we will guide you on return options after delivery. Returns Q: What is the return window? A: Unopened, eligible non-perishable items can usually be returned within 7 days of delivery.
